1: Regardless of distance.
2: Upon confirmation of request, waiting time is calculated after the 1st 20 minutes only when the driver has reached the pick-up location.
3: Waiting time is calculated when the user requests for the driver to wait while en-route to destination.
4: For requests between 4.30am – 8.00pm.
5: For any requests that require pick-up, drop-off and/or end location in Sentosa.
Please note that cancellation fee of S$23 will apply if:
– Accepted job is cancelled within 20 minutes while assigned driver is enroute to you
– Accepted job is cancelled when assigned driver has arrived at your location within 20 minutes
